I created a concept complementary gift package including a metal stand, soap & 3 chocolates for Four Seasons Hotels.

Fusion 360 Modelling
Cad Modelling process of Soap, design is exported to .dxf for laser cutting
Cad Modelling process of Soap mould. assisted in calculating amount of silicone to pour
Soap Pattern was laser cut out of 6 mm mdf, glued together, sanded, primed and a mould box was designed for the silicone
Silicone Casting
Silicone was mixed in 1:1 ratio of part a and b, and poured into the mould box in a thin stream in one spot to prevent bubbles. It cured for 30 min and was demoulded easily. The mould was ready for casting melted soap.

3d Printing and Finishing
3d Printed pieces and finishing process to achieve a smooth surface for Vacuum forming. Prints were sanded and sprayed with primer.
Vacuum Forming of Chocolate
Chocolate patterns were Vac formed in the workshop using PETG plastic. Extra holes were poked into the body to let air through
