Comteco, the local telecommunications company in Cochabamba, Bolivia needed to communicate that it would broadcast the Russia 2018 World Cup.
With a very tight budget compared to competing multinationals, we found a very strong insight, which made the campaign viral: Bolivians were happy that Chile was not going to play in the World Cup.
The concept used was: If you are not going to Russia either, watch the World Cup through Comteco.
