Now, let's see the before edits photo!

Well, I searched and can't figure out how to get this photo to the propper orientation... I tried resaving it like the Behance forum said, and that didn't work... If anyone knows how to rotate it, let me know in the comments!

So, I don't think that I'd do this edit any differently on a computer... It certainly helped that I used a mouse, but I still think that the PSE Mobile is a great photo editor for phones!
