Shot for NUBOKO Sushi & Teppanyaki Restaurant
Nuboko is the embodiment of a spear possessing great potentialities that is vital to the Japanese establishment mythology. Inspired by the mythical spear, Nuboko was born with the desire to bring Vietnamese diners high-end, original fine-dining dishes that strictly follow the rules of a perfect Japanese culinary painting.
We want to preserve the core values of Japanese cuisine, delivering a moving taste to each customer. The premium ingredients selected by Nuboko such as Matsutake Mushroom, Conch, Japanese Uni, Wagyu A5 Beef are directly imported.
Located in the heart of Hanoi, each area of the restaurant offers a sophisticated experience, Nuboko promises to be the destination for diners to fully enjoy the quintessence of Japanese cuisine. Accompanying Nuboko is chef Takahiro Ishida with more than 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. He wishes to create a well-rounded cultural space, a place to enjoy high-class Japanese cuisine for Vietnamese community.
