Born and raised in the Ivory Coast, celebrity chef Olivier Palazzo got a head start on his career at the age of fifteen, working in the kitchen of Cyril Lignac in Paris. Outside his successful career as a creative private chef, Palazzo also enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures, as well as surfing.
