After the Bacchanal

This is a digital photozine that explores the effects of social isolation on mental health and mental illness, using Euripides’s The Bacchae as a narrative vehicle. It explores disorientation, disconnect from reality, and depression through photography, illustration, self portraiture, and typography.

The zine was featured in the 2021 Media Arts Film Festival at Western Connecticut State University, where it won second place for the Digital Interactive Media Arts category.
