The objective of the campaign is to bring light to mental health and to change the publics perception towards people with mental health issues, break the stigma and taboo of talking about mental health. It is to raise awareness, educate the public on how they can better support those who are on the road to recovery and show how it is something to not be ashamed of and influence those suffering in silence to take a step to seeking help from a professional.
