Claro Gaming Warriors

The first e-sports event for Claro Dominicana. Gamers could choose between Street Fighter, League of Legends, Fortnite, Clash Royale, Rocket League or F1 
and go from players to winners. ​​​​​​​

The Challenge:
1 and a half months from brief to launch. To come up with a name for the tournament, logo, branding, awards and, of course, the campaign.
We had no rights to use any of the images of the games (besides their logos).
No budget to film.
Speak to the gamers without sounding like an old guy trying to be cool.

The Name: Claro Gaming Warriors



Claro Gaming had to be there for default. But, what about the actual name for the event?
It had to be broad enough to represent all the different games that would be played, but maintain some level of coolness and competitiveness.
We came up with 60 names and chose our favorite 10. 
Gathered up all the gamers in the agency and their gamer friends (spoiler alert, there were A LOT) and, through voting and conversations, 
Warriors was the chosen one.

Mix a little bit Lol Nexus, Zelda-ish swirls and a lot of Warrior.
