The food service industry is about more than just demand and supply. It is, at its heart, about the uniqueness that every restaurant brings to the table, by doing what they do best. Kitopi celebrates this culture and strives to empower its partners, by providing them with all the support they need in order to continue offering their best to the world.
Inspired by the constant movement and the interlacing paths of the everyday operations, it’s made of one continuous line. To the eyes of the world, it’s an identity that stands for who they are, where they want to go and where they come from.
The colors represent who they are, and the way they're combined will vary depending on who they want to talk to.



The criteria for the fonts selection was to have a strong but neutral position, lending any message just enough support without overpowering it. The chosen English typeface is Aktiv Grotesk Extended. It brings a punchy attitude that reflects the brand’s voice, and offers a wide range use across all platfomrs. The Arabic typeface is ‘Noto Kufi Arabic’.

 





These illustrations were created to help express the brand’s message visually with a fresh, clean and human tone of voice.

They are meant to be combined to create enthusiastic compositions, which complement the message in the communication.







Just like the illustrations, these icons help to tell a story in a clean and simple way. They are meant to be used only to support snippets of a story and hint towards an idea or a function within a context.











Kitopi now has a new simple, distinctive and appropriate brand that is rapidly helping to make it an important reference for startups regionally and globally.

A few weeks after their announcement across all platforms – online and offline, they saw an increase of approximately 50% in their social media engagement including LinkedIn, Instagram and twitter.

100% adoption of all assets and implemented by the design team internally in only a matter of days.

And the latest, Kitopi announces $415 million Series C funding round. Although we don’t take full credit for it, we believe our work is a vital piece that contributed to achieve this milestone.
