PSYCHO! tells the story of "Intellectual Alien" and his first meeting with his soon-to-be crony, "No.3". When No.3 tries to brainwash him with his depressive presentation, Intellectual Alien tells him two true-stories to inspire him. Of course, far from getting inspired, No.3 is shocked by these two stories. And things just start going downhill from there. Here's an excerpt below:
