Project contents:
First: Commercial use: It consists of a ground floor and 3 floors containing:
1- Hypermarket with an area of 2000 square meters.
2- Car showroom with an area of 330 square meters, with an external display.
3- A group of shops with areas ranging from 30 to 200 square meters.
4- Public toilets.
5- Restaurants and cafes area.
Second: Administrative Use:
1. Administrative spaces for companies.
2. stairs, elevators and service rooms.
3. Public toilets.
Concept:
The building was designed according to the principle of mass gradation, which provides the largest possible viewing area of the Nile, with refracted lines giving a larger perimeter, and adding the green architecture, and exploiting the green roofs to highlight the beauty of the building by removing the deaf thought of blocks from the mentality of design.
