The project Aims to Develop The old Fair Land which is connected from Salah Salem St. with 2 metro exits and has a middle position between Cairo centre and Urban expansion towards the east
The Development Contains a mixture of uses such as Commercial Component, Offices, Hotels, Training, Residential District, and an Iconic Tower

Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is a mixed-use, high-density, pedestrian and friendly development within walking distance of a transit station
