Located in Sochi, the most popular Russian resort, the apartment complex

includes 18 4-floor houses. The base for design inspiration became buildings' facades.

The interior design had to correspond 2 life scenarios: permanent living and temporary stay (vacation, holiday, etc.)

Bedroom

A sliding glass accordion door fills the space with air and light without overloading it with massive partitions. This solution allows tenants invite guests from another city for a few nights stay without dividing apartment in to two rooms.

Living room

We combined kitchen, living and dining room saving maximum space for practical use. The 3 zones were distant from the window according to the need of daylight.

So tenants can spend time with friends and family in the sun-drenched cozy living room or enjoy cooking in a stylish and comfortable kitchen equipped with the latest built-in appliances in the same room.

Hall and bathroom

Ergonomic bathroom with shower and a hall are the closest spaces to the entrance. Thanks to the 3.1 m high ceilings the hallway becomes a spacious storage area with a built-in dressing table.
