SKAD specializes in developing a full cycle of projects for premium shops, as well as chain stores, cafes, restaurants and offices of luxury brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Prada, Burberry, Fendi, Zara, Adidas, Starbucks, City Bank, and Alpha Bank.
Task. Go beyond the current image of a typical construction company and visually convey SKAD’s main advantages and reflect that it is a premium company and has great experience in the realization of complex projects while maintaining continuity.
Solution. The centerpiece of our vision is the pyramid from SKAD’s former logo. We reconsidered its function and put the emphasis to the typeface while using the pyramid in the background as the brand’s baseline grid, which became the main element of the company’s whole identity.
The grid is versatile and can change from one format to another allowing us to use it as a base for the designs of business cards, letterhead, presentation template and other corporate identity elements.

First impression is essential in the premium sector and every detail matters, which is why business cards are printed on different types of paper. This underlines the fact that the company words with a great variety of materials in its work. We have come up with the main and secondary brand identity elements that the company will employ in its everyday business activities.

The new website continues the philosophy of the brand identity with its laconic and smooth design that includes carefully assessed elements conveying SKAD’s positioning as the leading construction company in the premium segment of the Russian market.
