The Right Way to Use a Fork questions the boundaries in which we constrain ourselves by categorizing our actions into "right" or "wrong". The extent of these boundaries is realized when a simple object such as a fork is always used in the same manner. The project encourages us to observe our surroundings and question the trivial phenomenon around us. It consists of a collection of short videos which make us think beyond what we have been taught and open our minds to change.
The videos mimic the language of advertisements used to sell a certain product; the fork in this case. It serves as a satirical comment on how the media literally feeds us ideas by repeating the same concepts subtly but cleverly. Although the products advertised by the media don't always fulfill the said purpose but nonetheless we are bound to believe their words.
