SLIDE
A design inspired by eating habits of Indigenous communities and the concept of french cheese boards. Sharing food and face-to-face interaction create bonds and structures, which strenghten these communities. Slide was designed with an intention to encourage such activities in the Western culture, where they keep on loosing their importance due to our hectic lives. Hence, this serving dish becomes more of a token that is supossed to bring people together at family gatherings.
