Urban Farming Hub

The "Urban Farming Hub" is a new urban focus and social vision at an architecture scale in response to the planning and development of the city. Thus, it has the impact of change on its surroundings, Bukit Mertajam. The building's architecture challenges the existing food system, from food cultivation to packaging, distribution, and consumption, suggesting a brand new worldview that introduces the residences to a new urban lifestyle. Another point is : Bukit Mertajam is an old city and the cityscape becomes dark as the number of vacant building increases. So, our procedure is to let the gardening lights illuminate the city and making the Urban Farming Hub a place to grow the local community.

Welcome to the Urban Farming Hub

The aim of the urban farming hub is to provide casual gardener who would love to devote time to grow fresh vegetables at home and those who do not have the time to take care of a garden on a daily basis due to long working hours and business trips that are common in a professional person’s work life Our farming hub will provide an excellent amenity for them. Everything is being tended to in their absence. They will be welcome to stop in and unwind tending to their hydroponic plot at the end of a busy day, and harvest their meals.
