Some people say that custom of China is a very mysterious thing. It may be a soup and a dish in trivial life, or a trivial household in ordinary life. Whenever I think of it, it will always be very nostalgic.

In this issue, I will share with you the stew pot product designed around inheritance and regeneration and won the German IF Gold Award in 2019: "Shangchen Stew Pot of MIDEA "

有人说，烟火气是个非常玄乎的东西，它或许是琐碎生活里的一汤一菜，又或是平凡生活中的琐碎家常，每当想起时，总会无比眷念。

本期为大家分享的，便是围绕传承与再生而设计，并荣获2019年德国IF金奖的炖锅产品：「美的上乘套系炖锅」

One is a water-proof stew pot. It first puts the food in the inner container, and then adds water to the inner and outer container, so that the boiling water surrounds and heats evenly and soup is softly stewed through the water and effectively retains the ingredients.

一款是上乘隔水炖锅，它是先将食物放置在内胆中，然后在内胆和外胆中加入水，使其沸水环绕均衡加热，让汤料隔水柔炖，有效留住食材营养的同时，营养不上火。

The other is a slow cooker. The inner pot and the outer pot are in direct contact. The electric pressure in the outer pot heats up and directly contacts the inner pot to heat up, so that the heat penetrates into the food, boiling quickly and simmering slowly. 另一款则是上乘慢炖锅，内胆和外胆直接接触，由外锅中的电压力发热，并直接接触内胆加热，从而使得热量渗透到食物之中，快沸慢炖，一键煲出明火般的“广式老火靓汤”
