ALLOCATE HORIZON AWARD

The word ‘Horizon’ conveys aspiration and is a recognisable word with the same meaning across all our territories. This keeps the programme accessible and inclusive, one of the core elements of the brief. The mountain peak represents the striving for the achievement and the reaching of a new destination, the point of greatest success.

It represents growth, development and reaching most successful point in a person's career.

After reaching the top, the new horizon opens up in front: it inspires people to ‘broaden their horizons’ in a professional setting, seeing beyond their day jobs, while at the same time the award literally takes them to a new exciting destination.

Project scope: Internal branding, Internal rewards program, creative direction, research, ideation, work shops, copyrighting, logo, pitch, 3D model, certificates.
