Beauty in a Box is a skin care; service system design where we investigate the details of every touchpoints within a user journey, designing every aspect of it so as to bring forth the best experience for the user. In this project, we have collaborated with Eu Yan Sang, one of Singapore's top TCM companies and thank them for the valuable insights they have given us.

We did multiple global research and user research and came to a conclusion of insights.
Design Direction
Personas were also created to categorize our users as well as their worried parents.
We identified the Pros of our design direction and further amplifed it in our design.
