In a world where we endlessly try to sharpen ourselves personally and professionally, getting rid of our shortcomings, are we leaving behind some good things as well? Are we changing to an extent where we become unrecognizable and detached from our surroundings. Or are we distancing our surroundings from us. We want to feel like that newly sharpened pencil, leaving behind our past selves only to realize it eventually reduces us to nothing.
