AMARRADA
A fanzine about sleep disturbance
In this uni project, for the Bild Text Konzeption Modul „Ausgeschlafen" at Bauhaus Uni Weimar we were supposed to change two aspects of our sleeping routine for a week. I chose to sleep with my feet tied, therefore the name "AMARRADA". It was a unique and interesting experience but I don't want to repeat it ever again. Getting out of my comfort zone will always be fine, but I still want to feel free to move around and rest so I can keep dreaming. As a plus I made a playlist for those times when having trouble to fall asleep which you can follow by scanning the code.
