Tasked with having to design the look and feel of the company values for Glacier, a branch of Sanlam that would be communicated to staff through posters, desk drops and team building apparel.
The challenge was to move away from the usual corporate design style and create a look and feel that would evoke energy and a sense of fun that gets employees excited about the values they stand by.
Each of the 6 values are represented by a dot pattern. Bringing in a playful vibrancy to push corporate communications beyond the expected.
