I am Jack, UI/UX designer and self-proclaimed donut connoisseur. I work full-time at Blackbird Digital in Cleveland, Ohio, and also livestream here on Behance on the weekends. Some of you may know me as a mentor from the Illustrator Daily Creative Challenges in the Discord. I like to think of myself as a visual problem solver above all other titles. I started out as a medical illustrator with 10 years in the textbook publishing industry, spent some time as an animator, and eventually landed in UI/UX design. As much as I love solving design problems, I also love weaving stories into my designs through animation and illustration.
A majority of my livestreams are focused around passion projects and self learning by exploring different tools and workflows. My hope for this subscription is to pass on what I learn with you all through a variety of shared assets and content. Since I’m just starting out on this journey, any feedback about this new adventure we’re embarking on together is greatly appreciated.
