'THE LUNATIC' is an inspirational interior arrangement based on recorded psychic incidents.

"In 1939, Cianciulli heard that her eldest son, Giuseppe, was to join the Italian army in preparation for World War II. Giuseppe was her favorite child, and she was determined to protect him at all costs. She came to the conclusion that his safety required human sacrifices. She found her victims in three middle-aged women, all neighbors. Some sources record that Cianciulli was something of a fortune teller herself, and that these women all visited her for help; others state merely that they were friends of hers seeking advice. Whatever the reason, Cianciulli began to plan the deaths of the three women" (https://murderpedia.org/female.C/c/cianciulli-leonarda.htm)
the interior is inspired by this story, that took me to an imagination of how such a house might look like.. getting to that specific timeline settings, using appropriate models to show the world war timeline. The use of colors and materials to show the negligence of a living space.  Thanks for the highly detailed models from various websites, to make it possible to show the remains of the person's memories and unused objects for a long time.
Starting a highly detailed project like this in SketchUp is a huge challenge. with the help of Vray 5, it is now possible to create the accuracy of realism.
Thanks to Quixel Megascans for the real world scanning of classic materials.
Post production will always take a render to a next level. Thanks to the high quality brushes for creating and blending the smoke effects in photoshop.
With the help of new Chaos Vantage, the high quality of Vray walkthrough is now possible within a little amount of time.

This video is a tryout to use ArchViz software to deliver story telling. A cinematic experience with various post production elements added.

Enjoy the project !
