Friend of my brother Filippo asked me to reproduce a painting by van Gogh and chose one of the olive trees. Personally I am not satisfied with reproducing the works of others, so to please me I have customized it by representing human-shaped olive trees. Later I showed it to acquaintances who pointed out to me that different faces are depicted in the painting. It was not my intention to portray all those faces.
