After viewing the analytics for the higher level country and province pages we realised that we needed to create a funnel for users. Giving them a large amount of listings at this point was causing a high bounce rate.

One enhancement we made on the listings page is the parent navigation, we created a high level navigation "Accommodation, Travel Guide and Trip Ideas". 

 

This pushes users into the main areas of the site.

The establishment page wasn't one of our better converting pages, the focus was very disjointed and the priorities were all over the place.

 

We introduced a better gallery layout so the user can see more of the main images, we added the information in tabs so that the page was shorter (reducing bounce rate).

 

New functionality that was introduced was the "Book it now" feature, it took a lot of work to reduce the options when selecting room types, dates and people allocation into 1 click.

This is the "About us" section which I designed and built using Wordpress. It represents the core values, a photo gallery, the team, history and job section.

 

This section before was a few static pages, the new micro site now features more pages and now more traffic.

The mobile site was lacking in many ways. I've improved various aspects of the site, focusing on the main functions of each page and prioritising. Since the beginning of the improvements we've recieved better booking conversions.

The establishments have a room configurator and calendar. For our multiple room establishemtns we have tiered pricing that contains a lot of options.

I've designed a number of print based marketing campaigns, this sales brochure was one of the early ones. It's a personal favourites as I like the retro type style I applied to it.
