Proposed Diffusion Brand | Shu Uemura: Male Skincare Line 
The brand breaks all boundaries in beauty creation. Inspired by an aesthetic and professional spirit of artisan, the mister shu brand was developed on the founder ‘s holistic philosophy of having beautiful skin. Believing that quality skincare is essential, the most advanced skincare formulas using powerful phyto-ingredients and breakthrough technologies are used as the first step to provide males with grooming essential. Blending Nature, Science and Art together with brand’s pinoneer spirit combine to create innovative high performing skincare and elegantly crafted professional quality tools that fuse similicity and elegance.

Target Audience | Based in Singapore
Target audience are male gender of generation from age 18-24. These are young adults from generation Y who are spending more time and money on skincare products. One reason is due to the popular trend of Korean pop culture in Singapore, Singaporean men do not hesitate to maintain their skin condition nowadays. Not only do they seek basic skin care items, but also more niche items such as eye serum and super moisturisers, etc. This trend is likely to continue and will come to stay in the market over the forecast period. There will be more beauty market for the male consumers in years to come and hence we should see an increase in male's skincare purchase.
