Po.K is a Hawaiian inspired Poke take-out restaurant in Sliema, Malta. When approached by Po.k, we started our research by exploring the unique Hawaiian culture. The identity for this project is based on the visual representation of the fish which is very common in this Hawaiian cuisine.
