Aquafresh Toothpaste Box

Hello and thanks for visiting my portfolio,

This project is one of my printing technology assignments which took like half of the semester to learn, sketch, design and mock it up. The challenges of this assignment were designing totally with spot color, trapping, bringing simplify the new environment (cosmetic design) to kind of re-branding Aquafresh toothpaste. The most significant challenge was how to mock up foil stamping, vanishing and spot UV by hand. We need to solve it in a short time and I found pretty creative ways for them. I know students at Humber have made this box and they will hit later on. Hope they all enjoy this assignment.

About changing this toothpaste box to cosmetic box designing, I personally believe that people would like to see blue, green and routine toothpaste box design that will bring the freshness to them. But on the other hand, as David, our instructor said: we need to be courageous enough to be able to alter the minds...
