XIAOMI / WALLPAPERS
In 2020 I worked on a wallpaper project for mobile phone company Xiaomi. I was asked to create a series of wallpapers with various screens, translated to a light & dark mode.
I had a blast playing around in a universe only existing of cylinders. Having just one simple geometric shape made the research stage super fun, since the focus was on how different compositions, colours & materials worked with this one shape.
The screen has an Always On function and Geert van Hooff was in charge of the animations of the wallpapers to various states of the screen.
