Children’s national Medical Center commissioned Steven Noble to create a custom illustration to be engraved on their commemorative crystal medallion for this prestigious scientific award. Contained in this medallion are a number of themes running through the Children’s national that are reflected here that includes Care, Healing, Advocacy and Research and Discovery /Education. The illustration was created using traditional tools.
