An organic, exuberant form has been designed as an eye-catching, compelling element being integrated in the raw, concrete. environment of the living room. The design is a result of a deep analysis of Noguchi’s scope of work, his sculptures, drawings and the biography. The form itself derived from an experimental process with the use of Noguchi’s utility form and sketches.
The table is a handmade piece of furniture made out of oak wood with a distinct mahogany grain. The project might be interpreted as a tribute towards the artist but also the result of intense research based on the identity of modernist houses in the 1960s.
