Brand Intheblack analyzed the entire resources and operations of the shoe fashion store. We provide reports on potential customer needs, ways to improve retail operations, and shopping behavior. Based on these analyzes, Intheblack recommended changes in retail operations and store design to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
