While interacting with ordinary household objects in your day to day routine, do you stop to look further at its lines, textures, colours and shapes? These are the questions that guide my practice in my inquiry of found objects: Of its presence, how it came to be, of mundane routine and of memory.

My practice involves a huge use of found objects as well as their shadows that may otherwise be thrown away or ignored. They are the everyday fragments of our lives, of things that often go unnoticed in routine like how our shadows dutifully follow us around. It seeks to reframe and re-contextualise these in relation to the premises in which they are found in and give new meaning to them.
