This is an apple I created using digital painting. I used textures and different brush types to add in all the finishing details.

This was the first step, creating the base colors. I made sure to add all the highlights and shadows. I used a real apple for a reference and took colors out of it to use on mine.

Then, I blended the colors together making everything cohesive.
