Honda s2000 Roll bar
Designed-/ optimized in Solidworks and fully Tig welded Roll-bar, with under chassis braces, harness bars and mounts for stock seat belt retainment.
The seamless pipes were TIG welded with laser cut plates (St52-steel), to allow a Bolt-in application and distribute the loads on the chassis. In order to duplicate the correct notching, the tubes were wrapped with their paper (A0) printed ´´unfolded´´ version.
