Honda S2000 | Air intake & Oil pan baffle
Air intake fabrication and oil baffle design for HKS supercharged S2000.
All needed brackets, braces and the compressor flange were designed in SOLIDWORKS and laser-cut from 5083 Aluminium (1050 Alu. for the baffle) for added strength.
All needed brackets, braces and the compressor flange were designed in SOLIDWORKS and laser-cut from 5083 Aluminium (1050 Alu. for the baffle) for added strength.
Additionally to the Intake´s components, anti-warpage and welding aids were also laser cut from S235-Steel.
All components were finally TIG welded for optimum looks and quality.
