Once upon a time, there was a swampy region close to  Den Bosch, which received the nickname of Moerasdraak, the dragon of the swamps, based on its landscape conditions. Back in the Medieval Times, the access to the region was difficult, making many believe that the region was in fact under influence of a dragon., the protector of the landscape.

Many years have gone by, the landscape kept changing. The Moerasdraak land started to lose the original identity. As a result, the native landscape started dissapear and important elements, such as the Molen  Dijk Heide, too. Observing this events, the government started to apply new policies to restore the Brabantse Landscape, giving new opportunities to the scenario and bringing back the essence of the Moerasdraak.

In this big landscape, many inhabitans wanted to be part of the changes. Many shifts will happen, not only of uses of the land. Many of those inhabitants are having the opportunity to reset their live directions, embracing the nature, and getting a change to write a new chapter for their legacy.

Would this series of events be a metaphor to the symbolism of the dragon and his powers of protection, or just a coincidence?
