Beautiful sunrise Little Owl
As the sun rises the Little Owl scans the meadows from an old house roof on the edge of the village watching for movement of a prey for the morning meal.
A common species with a wide range and a large population, the International Union for Conservation of Nature has assessed this bird as "least concern".
