Restaurant Rebranding
Kinoshniki is a restaurant located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Its main features – local food in the building of the past soviet cinema club. It also has the vast collection of wine and unique pieces of the furniture from the past. You could either sit on the terrace near the fountain or spend the evening inside the restaurant watching cinema
on the large screen and enjoying a glass of wine with friends or family.
"From the very beginning, we took the symbiosis of the old and the new as the main idea. This can be seen in the interior with references to the style of the 70's, with wooden panels on the walls and a collection of vintage vases and ashtrays made of rhinestone and colored glass. In the open kitchen next to the PacoJet and Combi Oven there are wooden stoves – a centuries-old technology which is still relevant. On the menu we can notice, that familiar products and handcrafted bread are adjacent to red ryegrass seeds, which are used instead of chia" – said the owners of Kinoshniki – Kristina and Ruslan Bunin.
The main purpose of the project was to create the perfect place to delight in food, people, wine and design.
