The project represents a virtual gallery consisting smaller units grouped into three larger parts. Each part contains three units. One of them represents the present, the other the past and the third the future. Since Belgrade is a city with a rich history, through this gallery visitors can experience history, see the present and look at conceptual plans for future construction. The gallery also contains underground sections for education, souvenir shops and cafes. Since it is located on a slope, visitors can reach the quay by ramps and stairs, which also offer a beautiful view of the river.
