Eat Beautiful

Eat Beautiful is a project about the reality behind the images of food shared online. Its aim is to show food as fuel for our bodies, and eating as a necessary act for each individual. In general, it is a provocative project that questions the authenticity of all the images (mainly advertisements) that show an enhanced reality. It also comments on the importance of healthy eating habits, such as lunch breaks, which is becoming less common in London (the average is 29' per worker, with food usually consumed on the run).

The images of food are all taken from Instagram, whereas the portraits of people were taken on the streets of London during lunch break.
