Compincho - Contemporary tapas restaurant

Legend has it that wine was not served on a table if it was not accompanied by some food, as this prevented the wine from rising rapidly to the head.

In its beginnings, “The Tapa” was put on the mouth of a glass or a pitcher served by what covered the container.

Compincho, Tapas Contemporáneas, is born after the search to live experiences of conviviality among friends as it was done in Spanish bars in a post-pandemic world.

This ghost kitchen wants its users to find a break to talk with their loved ones about their future projects, their worries, their fears, their achievements and their festivities and take one or more "buddies" out of that afternoon of tapas and wine.
