Crafting timeless design
When the guys from Bravur came to us, they brought along a watch that singularly fulfilled their vision for timeless design. Living up to that standard with a new name and graphic identity demanded the same dedication from our side. We came up with the name Bravur, meaning brilliance in Swedish that also embeds the word “ur” meaning clock. Inspired by the enduring look of industrial urban landscapes the graphic identity emerged as a palette of greys accented by a modest blue set against a pattern of architectural angles. Actual details from the watch itself, like the hands and cogs, complete the minimalist expression. The iconic logotype was created by combining an understated classic serif with a modern linear font. The result? A distinguished but restrained graphic environment that focuses attention where it’s most deserved – Bravur’s exceptional timepieces.
