During my first internship, I really took the time to explore different roles and take on tasks I was interested in, but was not apart of my role on paper as a Content Specialist Intern. I took part in drafting social media posts, writing blog posts and whitepapers that informed and presented new angles, and even helped host a webinar about the intricacies of teaching during a pandemic and how important technological flexibility is. One project in particular was this support article I wrote as one of my final projects. I was writing this article alongside another, however this one never saw the light of day. Although never formally published, it displays a new facet of my professional writing and ties in the spirit of teaching that caused me to switch fields and try my hand at instructional design. 

With this company in particular, they are always growing and coming out with new features, so the content may not be accurate, but the tone and syntax fit the brief of a formal help article. Take a read down below!
