Posters for Scardello's 2011 Tour de Fromage competition!
These posters were inspired by the ornate "Gaslight" style of Victorian ephemera. The final poster, British Isles vs. East Coast, was almost entirely hand-illustrated, with only the addition of color and texture achieved in Photoshop.
Local Formaggio Scardello Artisan Cheese hosts an annual March Madness-style cheese competition between seven famous cheese making regions. The "playoffs" are rowdy but educational cheese and wine events, where guests vote on their favorites in blind tastings.
