I successfully led a UX writing initiative for a PR.business launch that was designed to seamlessly integrate ADA compliance with our client's new website. Our demographic consists of small business owners who are not tech-savvy, get frustrated easily, and typically already own a website but are looking for a better one. Our goal was to make the process user-friendly, so we generated touch-point emails that our clients would receive to help guide them during the process of building a new website that converts visitors to valuable clients. The link included in the email directs our clients to our onboarding platform that provides a turn-key experience that efficiently captures the information needed to generate relevant content for their website. This way our writing team can present a near-perfect draft to our clients before taking their website live and tailor meaningful content that connects with their target audience. Three months into our launch, we experienced a 6% increase that continues to steadily climb as our clients share how easy the process was to set up their online storefront.
