My thesis proposal arises from the growing global health care trend. For this, I propose to create a Wellness Center with spaces and activities dedicated to achieve a healthy, active and balanced lifestyle.
The location chosen for carrying out the project is in a current national public school (Sebastián de Benalcázar) that will soon be relocated. Without changing the basic structure of the school, I propose a readjustment of its facilities and spaces to suit the needs listed in my areas and activities program.
The project is divided into two areas, a private space that basically contains a sports club and a public space that includes activities grouped into: food, retail, health and beauty. Furthermore, to take advantage of the area without construction, I plan to create extensive landscaping for outdoor recreation.
