Symbols are like visual metaphors. They help communicate complex ideas where words have their limitation.

 

The project is an attempt to revive the symbols of Vedic Astrology :Vēdānga using a visual style that could be well perceived in cross cultural situations and yet retain the essence of Indian-ness. These symbols are more than just a handy form of shorthand. Like an icon, they tell us a bigger story - representing the essence of your sign and thus your personality.

 

The generous use of colors is to channelize the vividness of colors to our personalities and those of people around us and also it is symbolic to the cultural diversity of India. The blend of geometric and organic forms is to give it a contemporary yet modern look.
